When Christ came, the world was shaken. It continues to be shaken to this day. When the process is over, all the darkness will be removed from this world, and only the good will remain. Imagine a kingdom where people think only good thoughts and do only good deeds. Imagine a world where people are truly content, where their creativity is not frustrated, where their efforts are not wasted.
Before we get to this world, the powers of evil must be removed. The Sons of God and their servants who conspire against the LORD will die the death of mortals.
I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.

The shaking of this world is happening in the spiritual places, not just the earth. God’s human children are making war on the powers of darkness by their prayers, by their righteous living, by their worship, and by their sacrifice to the name of Jesus.

Nice to see you , Scoop. Hope all is well with you and your family. Personally, I’m not one of those people who sees Sept 23rd as a rapture date, and I’m glad to see the article didn’t take that line. Nevertheless, I agree with the general premise that God speaks to us in various ways and that we should be paying attention.

Its refreshing to have a post concerning the book of Rev. catholic commenters stay away from that book. I believe the rapturos can happen at any time now. There is a set number of people who are to be born again, and when the last person who is to be saved, then we all go. The dead in Christ rise first, then we who are alive go next. Notice the word’In Christ”. Not in some religion.
When I was first born again, and when I got to the book of Rev and got to the Babylon passages, my first though was it was speaking of the USA. Then on further reflaction, I figured it was Rome and the CC. This was many yrs ago. And I was still up in the air about it. But I had a nagging feeling that it must be Babylon.
Anyone in here remember how that in yrs gone by, that people thought that Israel meant a spiritual Israel, not the real Israel? You know, in the 1880s when people started to think about the end times. Israel had been gone for over 2000 yrs. There was a small small minority of spirit filled Christians who stood firm on the bible and figured Israel would come back, somehow.
The older I get, the more I believe what the bible says. I believe Babylon will rise again. Its not gone. You can go there now and see the ruins and how Saddam rebuilt some of the palaces. The first world wide religion and its ruler was in Babylon, and its last worldwide religion and ruler will be in Babylon. There is old testament prophesy to back this up. Yes, I have let the Vatican off the hook. The Vatican city that is. Its demonic religion and priests of Baal will play a major role in the Beast and its Image.
